COMPLETED PROJECT
Brought into the project, post permit, pre-construction, as a consultant for the exposed Timber portions of the residence, Dos Osos Timberworks, Inc. provided 3D imaging of the exposed timber portions of the structure prior to implementation. All cutting and fitting of the timber and their connections was done at our facilities in Los Osos. Installation of all the Timbers associated with the "Great Room" was accomplished in one day. All templates and design documents for the cutting and fitting of these heavy timbers was the responsibility of Stephen M. Franks, Partner-Dos Osos Timberworks, Inc. and developed on "Sketch Up". All Timber was Pre-finished after cutting /fitting and prior to installation by Highlander Painting.
