To develop a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath residence on a limited size (50x100) lot. Maintain existing Coastal Oaks and native vegetation wherever possible. Incorporate a detached two-car garage toward the rear of the property.

COMPLETED PROJECT
Modern "Beach" would be the best description of the homes completed style. Tall ceilings allow the efficient and tightly focused floor plan, coupled with extensive southern oriented windows a spacious feeling found in much larger residences. Locally harvested native Monterey Cypress was incorporated for the exposed rafters and most of the interior wall surfaces.
